Alveo SecurityMaster DaaS

Alveo SecurityMaster DaaS provides a Data-as-a-Service straight into Snowflake via data sharing. Alveo SecurityMaster DaaS is a comprehensive set of financial instruent reference data integrated from a range of third party data sources. Alveo sources, cross-references, validates and provides the set of selected content providers into a single aggregated master feed. Alveo SecurityMaster DaaS covers instrument terms and conditions, credit ratings, issuer information and listing information, all mapped to a standard data model.

Alveo SecurityMaster DaaS contains about 1000 fields related to terms and conditions of financial products. It includes a number of categories of information including description, codification, redemption, identifiers, information on underlying securities, location details, MiFID II information, credit ratings, hierarchy, controversy information, LEI information as well as specific data fields on MBS/ABS.
Alveo SecurityMaster DaaS can quickly help financial services firms get the aggregated and validated securitymaster information they need for their post-trade operations, compliance and reporting requirements.

Regarding onboarding, Alveo will take the following steps:
- Discuss set of primary data sources
- Discuss scope of markets, e.g. specific geographies, asset classes/markets or a ‘list of interest’ of specific instrument identifiers such as ISIN codes (or other)
- Discuss delivery frequency (default is daily)
- Discuss any deviating business rules and SOPs, for example for remediation of data quality issues or to proxy missing information
