Gut microbiome of wild mice in Ishikawa. Apodemus speciosus

In this project, we investigated the gut bacterial and parasitic diversity of wild mice captured in Ishikawa prefecture. We focus on zoonotic pathogens to monitor potential risk of disease spread.
