资源简介:
Transcriptome sequencing with RNA-seq of four Dysdera spiders from the Canary Islands. We sequenced the complete transcriptome of these species in subsections, the first pair of legs, the remaining legs, the pedipalps, and the remaining body parts. We chose two couples of specialist-generalist couples to study the molecular mechanisms of the dietary specialization process observed in these spiders. These are: Dysdera gomensis and Dysdera verneaui as the specialist and generalist of the first couple; and Dysdera tilosensis and Dysdera bandamae as the specialist and generalist of the second couple.
