Single-cell transcriptomic analysis of MAPK14 +/+ HEC-50B cells and MAPK14 -/- HEC50B cells cultured as 3D spheroids

The single cell RNAseq analysis of MAPK14 +/+ HEC-50B cells and MAPK14 -/- HEC50B cells cultured as 3D spheroids. This analysis was performed to analyze transcriptionally distinct sub-populations within 3D spheroids. The analysis revealed sub-populations of cells that we dependent on MAPK14 activation.
