Transcriptome of Wax Gourd Embryonic Root Development Under High Auxin Stress

To identify the key genes of wax gourd embryonic root responses to high auxin concentration, we conducted transcriptomic analysis. The seed coats were removed, and the seeds were soaked in warm water at 55 degree for 8h. Afterward, the seeds were placed on filter paper moistened with 1000 uM IAA. The control seeds were moistened with distilled water. The seedlings were then cultivated at 32 degree in a greenhouse under darkness for 4 days until germination.
