资源简介:
This study aimed to characterize the transcriptional responses of wild-type zebrafish larvae to hypoxic stress. Larvae were exposed to either hypoxic (6% oxygen) or normoxic (20.9% oxygen, atmospheric level) conditions from 81 to 96 hours post-fertilization (hpf). Bulk RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was conducted to identify differentially expressed genes and elucidate molecular pathways associated with hypoxia adaptation. The findings provide valuable insights into the genetic and regulatory mechanisms underlying the zebrafish response to low oxygen availability, enhancing our understanding of oxygen homeostasis in vertebrates.
