Single-cell analysis of antigen-specific T cells by nanogel vaccine

Antigen-specific T cells induced by the nanogel vaccine were subjected to scRNA-seq to reveal the TCR repertoire and gene expression in each cell. The mice were immunized twice with the nanogel vaccine at 2-week intervals. Splenocytes were collected 21 days after the second vaccination, and scRNA-seq was performed on cells pooled from 3 mice.
