A profile of gene expression in Tumour and normal intestinal tissue from mice with Kras G12D mutation and loss of the WT Kras allele. Overall design: Tumour and normal tissue was taken from the small intestine of mice with Kras G12D mutation and loss of the second WT Kras allele. Transcriptomic data was obtained for each sample.
