The objective of this study was to report a case of HUS due to EHEC O145:H25 isolated in Tennessee and to analyze the strain’s whole genome sequencing (WGS).
Well-studied phages with various DNA modifications were sequenced on Oxford Nanopore platform, to characterise the modifications' effect on the Nanopore signal.
