本計畫調查油茶育種及栽培技術改善措施之成本效益,評估不同方案的淨現值提供農民進行相關生產決策。措施一為油茶省工採收機械的成本效益分析,措施二為低產油茶林嫁接豐產品系的成本效益分析,措施三為新植豐產品種的成本效益分析,最後評估同時施行省工與豐產經營措施的整體效益。結果顯示同時使用省工機械與新植豐產品系(措施1+措施3)為最佳方案,年產量5400kg-9600kg的油茶林,40年期滿的淨現值為18,886,795-35,711,661元。 This project investigates the cost-effectiveness of the improvement measures of Oil-tea Camellia breeding and cultivation techniques, to evaluate the net present value of different schemes to provide farmers with relevant production decisions. The first measurement is the cost-benefit analysis of labor saving Oil-tea Camellia harvesting machines, the second measurement is the cost-benefit analysis of grafting high - yielding lines of Camellia, and the third measurement is the cost-benefit analysis of newly planted high-yielding breeds. Finally, to assess the overall effectiveness of the simultaneous implementation of labor saving and yield management measures. The result shows simultaneous implementation of labor saving machinery and newly planted high-yielding breeds (measurement 1 and 3) is the best scheme, the annual output of Oil-tea Camellia field is 5400kg-9600kg, and the net present value of the 40-year maturity is TWD $18,886,795 to $35,711,661.
