Exome sequence study of the epilepsy model GASH/Sal (Genetic Audiogenic Seizure Hamster from Salamanca)

This study aims to delve in the genetic landscape of one model of epilepsy, the genetic audiogenic seizure hamster (GASH:Sal). This model developed at the University of Salamanca, exhibits genetic audiogenic epilepsy similar to tonic-clonic seizures in humans. In this proyect we performed whole exome sequencing of 3 GASH/Sal naive (non-estimulated), and 2 controls (Syriam hamster).
