NIR spectral of 8 types of commodities in different environments

This dataset contains spectra of 8 types of commodities collected from two different environments. The dataset can be used to study the impact of scanning environments on the spectra distortionFor each type of commodity, the dataset also provide spectra collected from contaminated samples. The contamination was introduced by using an eye dropper to add one drop of the solutions (water, saturated brine, or olive oil) to the normal samples. The amount of solution for each drop is around 0.04ml to 0.05ml.
