Bile exosome miRNA expression profile in patients with perihilar cholangiocarcinoma(pCCA) and common bile duct stones(CBDS)

Cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) is a type of highly aggressive cancer arising from the biliary system. Through bile exosome miRNA sequencing, we screened out the differentially expressed miRNA in patients with perihilarl cholangiocarcinoma(pCCA) and common bile duct stones(CBDS). Bile exosome miRNA expression profiling from 3 pCCA and 3 CBDS patients was dected by high throughput sequencing.
