资源简介:
Bulk RNASeq of Rhesus Macaque peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) derived microglia like cells obtained from controls and animals after 6 months of alcohol consumption to infer the impact of alcohol consumption on the functional landscape of microglia. Bulk RNASeq of isolated primary microglia were also used to confirm the differentiation of microglia like cells from PBMCs. Additionally samples were cultures in the presence or absence of LPS to assess the ability of the cells to respond to stimulation.
