This dataset examined the effect of COX4I1 knockout in the gene expression profiling (RNA-seq) of human Molm13 cells. Overall design: Cas9-expressing human Molm13 cells were transduced with sgCtrl and sgCOX4I1. RNAseq: The total RNA was extracted using the RNeasy Mini Kit (74104, QIAGEN) and submitted for RNA-seq at Novogene (PE150, NovoSeq6000).
