资源简介:
The Global Adaptation Mapping Initiative (GAMI) is pleased to provide public access to and use of its data on climate change adaptation. Access to the Dataset is provided free of charge subject to terms and conditions outlined in the agreement access form. The intent is not to limit or restrict access to the database but to provide transparency on how the dataset is accessed and used and to ensure that all users have information on how the dataset was created.
To access the dataset, please fill out this form:
https://forms.gle/tB28n7XEF2k8xLMg9
The GAMI Dataset that will be provided after completing the form linked above contains the coding information for all published papers that were assessed as part of GAMI. Access to the full citation records for all the published papers is available through this Zotero group: https://www.zotero.org/groups/5943294/gami_2021. The citation information was auto-populated by Zotero, and users are encouraged to correct entries as they work with the library.
IMPORTANT METHODS AND PUBLICATIONS RESOURCES
An overview of the methods used to create the dataset can be found in the primary publication:
Berrang-Ford, L., Siders, A.R., Lesnikowski, A. et al. A systematic global stocktake of evidence on human adaptation to climate change. Nat. Clim. Chang. 11, 989–1000 (2021). https://doi.org/10.1038/s41558-021-01170-y
Additional methods details are provided in three protocols hosted at the Nature Protocol Exchange:
Part 1—Introduction and overview of methods (https://doi.org/10.21203/rs.3.pex-1240/v1)
Part 2—Screening Protocol (https://doi.org/10.21203/rs.3.pex-1241/v1)
Part 3—Coding protocol (https://doi.org/10.21203/rs.3.pex-1242/v1)
Computer code used in the creation of the GAMI dataset include a machine learning platform (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4121525) and reconciliation of codes (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4010763). These are both described in the Berrang-Ford et al. (2021) article.
More information about GAMI and its project coordinators can be found on the GAMI website (https://globaladaptation.github.io).
