This data file contains thorax length (mm), wing to thorax ratio (wing loading) and different wing measurements (l2, l3p, lpd, l3, w1, w2, w3) for wild-caught females and males of 5 Drosophila buzzatii and aldrichi populations that were collected in 1994 (Fig. 2).
