Large-scale proteomic analysis of aqueous humor from patients with primary open angle and exfoliation glaucoma

This dataset contains proteomic profiles of aqueous humor samples obtained from 15 primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) patients, 15 exfoliation glaucoma (EXG) patients, and 10 cataract control patients. Protein measurement was performed using the SOMAscan platform, resulting in the detection of 7,335 human proteins. This ADAT file can be analyzed using the SOMAscan web tools provided by SomaLogic, and can also be reanalyzed using software such as Excel.
