资源简介:
During repair phase after naphathalene injury 3 subsets of myeloid cells accumulate at the site of injury including P1 (monoyte), P2 (monocyte-derived macrophages and P3 (resident alternatively activated airway macrophages). To better understand the function of each subset in epithelial repair, myeloid cell subsets were flow-sorted from lungs of WT mice treated with naphtahelen for 6 days and RNA-seq analysis was performed C57Bl/6J female mice (9-10 weeks) were treatment with naphthalene at a dose of 200-250 mg/kg. On day 6, mice were euthanized and their lungs were collected and digested for myeloid cell sorting of P1 (CD11b+ ly6c+ cells), P2 (CD11b+ CD11c+ F4/80+ cells) and P3 (Siglrc-F+ CD206+ CD11c+ F4/80+ cells). then P1-P3 were RNAseq analysis.
