Pseudomonas sp. Lz4W strain from Antarctica has been used as a model system in our laboratory to investigate the cold adaptation processes of Antarctic psychrophilic bacteria. Here we present the transcriptome data for this model organism grown at 22 deg C and 4 deg C from the wild-type as well as the rnr mutant of the species.
