The total length of 23,595 tandem repeats (TR) is 1,374,491 bp, of which length of 10,466 simple repeat sequences (SSRs) is 123,925 bp. The annotation of transposable elements (TE) identified 873,421 repeat elements and the length is 179,535,462 bp,comprising 49.25% of the total.
