The aim is to analyze the effect of an increment of intraocular pressure applied to eyes with different severities of keratoconus disease. Finite element models of normal, keratoconus, and keratoglobus eyes were built. The load condition was equal, but the material was different. Besides, data about corneal curvature and thickness was contrasted too.
