The R Markdown reproduces all analyses reported in the manuscript, from data cleaning to model fitting, post-hoc contrasts, and visualisations.

Place all files in one folder, open the Rmd in RStudio, install any missing packages when prompted and knit to reproduce the results and figures. The scripts operate with relative paths; no manual setwd() is required.
