Contents HTML file (*.html): the knitted output of the R Markdown R Markdown source (*.Rmd): open/edit in R to reproduce or modify the analysis and figures.Data tables (*.csv files): input data referenced by the RmdHow to use if wanted Place all files in one folder, open the Rmd in RStudio, install any missing packages when prompted and knit to reproduce the results and figures.
