Phytoseiulus persimilis Genome sequencing and assembly

We present here the chromosome-level genome of the predatory mites Phytoseiulus persimilis using a PacBio high fidelity (HiFi) approach. The final assembly is 190.48 Mb in total length , with a scaffold N50 of 57.94Mb and 98.3% BUSCO completeness, providing an excellent genomic resource for further research on P. persimilis. We identified 59.10 Mb of repetitive sequences, accounting for 27.59% of the assembled genome.
