Experimental Evolution of Cordyceps militaris across three media types

We looked into how media (Silk Worm Broth, Potato Dextrose Broth, Meal Worm Broth) influences genomic changes over 9 generations in the parasitic fungal species Cordyceps militaris. The end goal was to identify how the Cordyceps militaris genome adapts across generations under a native host scenario, an ideal media scenario, and a non-native host scenario.
