Cardiovascular and cardio-respiratory virtual population

This repository contains the virtual population generated in the study:

In particular, for each virtual subject, we report the following cardiovascular and cardio-respiratory parameters:

Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP)

Arterial Pulse Pressure (APP)

Central Systolic and Diastolic Blood Pressure (CSBP-CDBP)

Central Venous Pressure (CVP)

Cardiac Output (CO)

Stroke Volume (SV)

Ejection Fraction (EF)

Partial Pressures of Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide (paO₂, paCO₂)

Oxygen Saturation (SpO₂)

The repository also contains the input data required to run the cardiovascular-respiratory model described in (1), in order to reproduce the virtual population.
