multichannel LFP recordings from hippocampus region CA1 in rats foraging an open field

Data from 2 rats foraging in an open field. Files are:rec0x.lfp - multichannel recordings of LFPs in hippocampal region CA1 and mPFC. Data is collected at 1250 Hz sampling rate. For rec01 and rec02, the first 192 and 255 (out of 385) channels are from CA1, respectively.rec0x-whl.mat - position of the animal. Column 1 is the time that the position was sampled. Columns 2 and 3 are the x and y coordinates of the first LED on the rat's head, while columns 6 and 7 are the x and y coordinates of the second LED.rec0x.xml - contains information about the recording. can be loaded using loadXML.m in matlab.importOpenField.m - loads data from the above files and saves into a .mat file.fixPos2d.m - imports data from the position (whl) file and fixes erroneous positions.LoadXML.m - loads the xml file into matlab containing recording information.
