Sample was taken from Psychrophilic sites of Khardoong La, sub Glacial region at Leh Laddakh, India. Sampling site was very specific and human interference is very low; the environment is extremophilic (Cold). Sample temperature is -14 degree C and it includes soil as well as ice.;
