We extend the original De Giuseppe Paradox by introducing the concept of emergent retrocausality. We formalize the paradox using Lorentz transformations and a new function that indicates whether retrocausal effects emerge. We show that small perturbations eliminate the loop, demonstrating that retrocausality is both **configurationally constrained** and mathematically well-defined within Special Relativity.
