Sample paired datasets for ECLARE analysis

Sample paired datasets for ECLARE analysis. Includes snRNA-seq and snATAC-seq data. Target dataset: PFC_Zhu Source datasets: DLPFC_Ma, DLPFC_Anderson Once unzipped, data is organized into subdirectories with the following structure: for PFC_Zhu: "PFC_Zhu/__aligned_source_.h5ad" for DLPFC_Ma: "DLPFC_Ma/__aligned_target_PFC_Zhu.h5ad" "DLPFC_Ma/genes_to_peaks_binary_mask__aligned_target_PFC_Zhu." for DLPFC_Anderson: "DLPFC_Anderson/__aligned_target_PFC_Zhu.h5ad" "DLPFC_Anderson/genes_to_peaks_binary_mask__aligned_target_PFC_Zhu." where is unique to each source-target datasets combination. Datasets were sourced from studies cited in Table 1 of the manuscript. Datasets have then been preprocessed and features aligned across source and target.
