Microbial community shifts under organic fertilizers and DMPP application

This study explores how different organic fertilizers and the synthetic nitrification inhibitor DMPP (3,4-dimethylpyrazole phosphate) influence soil nitrogen cycling, microbial communities, and nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions. Using 16S rRNA metabarcoding, we evaluated bacterial responses to fertilization, focusing on nitrifying and denitrifying taxa.
