Bacterial and Fungal Communities Associated with the Leaves and the Roots of Pharbitis nil (L.) Choisy

This study focused on three distinct Pharbitis nil (L.) Choisy cultivation sites within the herbal medicine fields of Tangshan City. Utilizing high-throughput sequencing technology, it examined the community structure and potential functions of phyllosphere microorganisms, rhizosphere soil microorganisms and non-rhizosphere soil microorganisms. Understanding the phyllosphere microbiome and rhizosphere microbiome of Pharbitis nil (L.) Choisy is of paramount importance as they directly influence the plant's health, growth, and environmental adaptability.
