本数据集主要面向结晶器表面防护关键技术的需求,开展结晶器表面修复与复合涂镀层制备技术研究,数据集包括1套结晶器冷喷涂梯度复合涂层间耦合数值仿真模型数据,1套纳米复合镀电镀层结构生长数值仿真模型数据,1份涉及结晶器多层梯度冷喷涂修复技术的研究报告,1份涉及结晶器纳米硬质强化复合镀技术的研究报告,1套结晶器铜板CuCrZr冷喷涂修复层工艺规程,1套结晶器铜板Ni-Co-Al2O3复合镀层工艺规程,1套课题指标考核评价数据及指标对应的4篇论文。模拟仿真采用自有高性能计算机计算,样品制备采用冷喷涂设备和纳米复合镀设备,数据采集和检测采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、三坐标测量机、布氏硬度计、电子万能试验机、维氏硬度计、剪切试验机、电子天平、摩擦磨损试验机等。本数据集约400MB
This dataset is developed to meet the requirements of key technologies for continuous casting mold surface protection, focusing on research into mold surface repair and composite coating preparation technologies. It includes one set of coupled numerical simulation model data for inter-coating coupling of gradient composite coatings prepared by cold spraying on continuous casting molds, one set of numerical simulation model data for structural growth of electroplated nanocomposite coatings, one research report on multi-layer gradient cold spraying repair technology for continuous casting molds, one research report on nanohard-reinforced composite plating technology for continuous casting molds, one set of process specifications for cold-sprayed repair layers of CuCrZr copper plates for continuous casting molds, one set of process specifications for Ni-Co-Al2O3 composite coatings on continuous casting mold copper plates, one set of project indicator assessment and evaluation data as well as four corresponding academic papers. All simulations were conducted on in-house high-performance computers. Sample preparation was carried out using cold spraying equipment and nanocomposite plating equipment, while data collection and testing were performed with a range of instruments including optical metallurgical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM), coordinate measuring machine (CMM), Brinell hardness tester, electronic universal testing machine, Vickers hardness tester, shear testing machine, electronic balance and friction and wear testing machine. The total size of this dataset is approximately 400 MB.
