This dataset contains transcriptome sequencing data obtained from mouse tetraploid liver (4N-liver) tissue and single-cell RNA seq data obtained from mouse E18.5 and p180 4N-liver and E18.5 tetraploid heart (4N-heart). The data were generated using Illumina NovaSeq and include raw sequencing reads.Sample information: Species: Mus musculus (Mouse)Tissue: tetraploid Liver and HeartStage: E18.5, p180Number of samples: transcriptome sequencing (WT-liver n=2; 4N-E18.5-liver n=3); single-cell RNA seq (WT-liver n=1; 4N-E18.5-liver n=1; 4N-p180-liver n=1; 4N-heart n=1)Sequencing platform: illuminaLibrary preparation method: poly-A RNA extraction followed by cDNA synthesisData processing: Sequencing data may contain adapter contamination, low-quality reads, or unidentified bases (N), all of which can have a certain impact on downstream bioinformatics analysis. To ensure the quality and reliability of data analysis, it is necessary to filter the raw data. We performed quality control on the sequencing data using Fastp (version 0.23.1).Raw data: FASTQ files containing raw sequencing reads.This dataset can be used to study the following aspects:Differential gene expression analysis between tetraploid and diploid liver tissues.Functional annotation of genes differentially expressed in tetraploid liver tissue.Pathway analysis to identify biological processes affected by tetraploidy.Comparative analysis with other developmental stages or tissue types.
