Sulfur-autotrophic Denitrifying Microbial Gene Sequencing

This project aims to upload the raw metagenomic data of microorganisms in the sulfur-autotrophic denitrification system, providing basic data support for mechanism research in this field. Samples were collected from the laboratory sulfur-autotrophic denitrification enrichment system, including experimental groups such as different filler systems. The data were generated through standard procedures: after sample pretreatment, total microbial DNA was extracted, sequencing libraries were constructed, and sequencing was performed using the Illumina platform. The data can be used to analyze the microbial community structure, mine the core functional genes of sulfur-autotrophic denitrification, and analyze gene attribution. It can also be used as a public resource for secondary research. The data is for academic use only; citations must indicate the source, and questions can be directed to the data responsible person.
