Data for 'Hippocampal coding of identity, sex, hierarchy and affiliation in a social group of wild fruit bats'

This dataset contains analysis code and data for the figures associated with the paper: 'Hippocampal coding of identity, sex, hierarchy and affiliation in a social group of wild fruit bats' S. Ray et al., Science 387, eadk9385 (2025) [DOI: 10.1126/science.adk9385] The repository contains:- MATLAB code to plot the main figures of the paper.- Data for the main figures of the paper, including cell examples (rasters and firing-rate maps) as well as histogram data and images. In each figure, some of the data is additionally stored in a simplified format (in the field simplified_data) for easy access. To run the MATLAB code to generate the figures, change the directory of MATLAB to the root-directory of this library (where this readme file is located).
