Differential gene expression in rheumatoid arthritis synovial fibroblasts after inhibition of CD73 activity

Synovial fibroblasts (SFs) play an important role in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). To explore the molecular mechanisms underlying the pathogenic fibroblast phenotypes in RA, transcriptomesequencing was performed in primary synovial fibroblasts treated with CD73 inhibitor APCP (n=3) and PBS-treated controls (n=3) to obtain differential gene expression profiles.
