Environmental 16S metabarcoding analysis during a flat oyster maturation

We investigated the effects of Pseudoalteromonas strains on the cultivation of the flat oyster, Ostrea edulis, with a particular focus on biofilm formation within tanks. Metabarcoding 16S was used in order to observe the impact of the strains on biofilm and seawater bacterial communities.
