There are few clinical reports of the pathogenicity of this organism, only one case was isolated from a nail specimen of a patient with onychomycosis in 2020 [12]. In this article, we will report the isolation of A. cacaolipsimilis from a patient with UTI (urinary tract infection), and multiple methods will be used for the purpose of identifying the organism, as well as drug susceptibility testing to provide a basis for clinical use.
