The importance of skin microbiota and gut microbiota in healthy and diseased skin of mice

The skin is the largest organ in the human body and serves as a protective barrier against the external environment.The skin lesions may be related to microbiota. It has been shown that the impact of skin microbiota and gut microbiota on skin-related diseases such as alopecia contributes to maintaining overall health.In this study, 16S rRNA gene sequencing was used to investigate the dynamic changes of the gut microbiota in mice without non-depilation (Unepi) and depilation (Epi) after PAN02 cell injection.
