Microcensus Module 'Pensions and labour market participation' 2023 (SUF edition)

Full edition for scientific use. In addition to the core variables of the Microcensus Labour Force Survey (LFS), the LFS also has so-called modules. The aim of a module is to provide users with statistics on a specific topic concerning the labour market by adding a set of variables to supplement the core EU-LFS. The EU-LFS Module 2023 on ‘Pensions and labour market participation’ includes the following topics: age at first receipt of retirement pension, state retirement pension with deduction or bonus, receipt of disability or occupational disability pension, age at first receipt of disability or occupational disability pension, financial retirement provision, work situation at the start of retirement, re-entry into the labour market after the start of receipt of retirement pension. The questions of the ad-hoc-module were asked following the questions of the basic programme. The dataset also includes all questions of the main survey of the Microcensus 2023.

供科研使用的完整版数据集。除微观普查劳动力调查（Microcensus Labour Force Survey, LFS）的核心变量外，该调查还设有专项模块。模块的设置目标是，通过新增一组变量以补充核心欧盟劳动力调查（EU-LFS）的内容，为使用者提供针对劳动力市场某一特定主题的统计数据。2023年欧盟劳动力调查「养老金与劳动力参与」模块涵盖以下主题：首笔退休养老金领取年龄、带有扣减或奖励的公共退休养老金、残疾养老金或职业残疾养老金申领情况、首次领取残疾/职业残疾养老金的年龄、退休财务储备、退休伊始的工作状况、领取退休养老金后重返劳动力市场的情形。该临时专项模块的问题排布于基础问卷的问题之后。本数据集同时涵盖2023年微观普查主调查的全部问题。
