MATLAB code to calculate the stop durations of a liquid

This MATLAB codes (analyze_slopesFigShare.m) imports an example mat-file (ExampleDistances.mat) of distances (mm) and times (s) for a tracked meniscus in the main channel with 7 junctions exhibiting seven stops. It calculates the stop duration, the slopes of the spreading rate in between the slopes and the Reynolds numbers for water at room temperature. The code is written and tested in Matlab R2017a.
