资源简介:
Munage grape (Vitis vinifera L. cv Munage) is one of the characteristic table berries of Xinjiang in China. Sulfur dioxide (SO2) is still widely used as preservative in grapes for commercial applications around the world. SO2 can effectively inhibit infection by pathogenic fungi and prolong fruit shelf life. The research on SO2 regulation of fruit quality basically stays at the physiological level and enzyme level, and the molecular mechanism is not clear. In this study, Munage grape was used as the test material. The sulfur dioxide cling paper was used to treat grapes. RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) was employed to characterize the transcriptomic profiles during postharvest storage under SO2-treatment in Munage grape fruit. Combined with RNA-Seq data to explore the biological effects of SO2 in the postharvest storage of Munage grapes, and to study the regulation effects of SO2 on metabolism related genes in grapes. To provided more support for studying the role of SO2 during postharvest storage of grapes.
