The relevance of strength abilities and body composition in the context of specific performance of military personnel

This thesis investigated the relationship between strength abilities, body composition and performance during military-specific tests reflecting typical tasks in an operational environment. This relationship was examined using six multiple linear regression models, with selected types of strength abilities and percentage of lean mass of probands as independent variables. For each model, one of the six military-specific tests was selected as the dependent variable
