Drechslerella dactyloides str. YMF1.00031 Genome sequencing and assembly

Plant-parasitic nematodes cause severe economic losses to agriculture. Drechslerella dactyloides is a special nematode-trapping fungus that can capture nematodes by mechanical force using constricting rings. The whole genome of this fungus was sequenced to facilitate the mechanism study of fungi-nematode interactions in the molecular level.
