The bacterial strain BRA-010, recovered from the Brazilian tunicate Eudistoma vannamei, has been shown to produce pyrroloformamide A (vD-844), a natural product firstly reported in 1969 and revealed, by our group, to impair cytokinesis in cancer cells. This study presents the complete genome sequence of the referred strain, disclosed, herein, as Streptomyces tirandamycinus.
