Integrative Traumatherapie – Modelle und Konzepte für die Behandlung von Patienten mit „posttraumatischer Belastungsstörung“

Patientlnnen mit posttraumatischen Belastungs- und Anpassungsstörungen, die mit dem generellen Ansatz der Integrativen Therapie im Format fokaltherapeutischer Kurzzeittherapie (Petzold 1993p) behandelt wurden, sind nach der Therapie mit dem Ergebnis, dem Verlauf und der Person der Therapeutln sehr zufrieden. Die „Allgemeine Lebenszufriedenheit“ hat zugenommen, insbesondere im Bereich der Zufriedenheit mit den Sozialkontakten und des Lebensgefühls. Die Lokalisation emotionaler Probleme und Schmerzen in der Körpersphäre hat im Prä-Post-Vergleich deutlich abgenommen. Es zeigte sich eine klare Reduktion der durch den SCL-90-R gemessenen Belastungen zum Ende der Therapie, die höchste Verbesserung auf der Skala „Depressivität“. Die Postwerte des SCL-90-R unterscheiden sich nur noch kaum von einer Normalpopulation. Integrative Therapie in ihrer generellen Form, fokaler Kurzzeitbehandlung“, so kann angenommen werden, eignet sich als Behandlungsverfahren bei posttraumatischen Belastungs- und Anpassungsstörungen. The post-scores of the SCL-90-R hardly differed from those of a normal population.
