Differential Effects of Infectious Bronchitis Virus Infection Intensity on Tracheal Microbiota Diversity and Composition in Broiler Chickens

The tracheal microbiota plays a critical role in respiratory health and susceptibility to secondary infections in poultry. Infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) causes significant economic losses in broiler production and may alter respiratory microbial communities. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of varying IBV infection intensities on tracheal microbiota diversity and composition in broiler chickens.
