通过采集坝料运输车辆的载重、坝料种类以及自动加水站的实时洒水流量等数据,分析不同类型、不同重量的坝料需要的补水量,实现对运输车辆内不同坝料坝外加水过程中各部位管道补水流量智能感知与分析通过对车牌编号识别车辆运输材料信息,结合载重计算出坝料数量,因坝料材质不同补水率不同系统根据采集坝料数量与坝料材质结合进行计算补水量(x=y*t,其中x表示补水量、t表示载重、y表示加水率),自动加水站根据分析结果自动对车辆进行补水,通过洒水流量可计算出实际加水量,实现车辆进入自动加水站后自动给不同坝料智能补水,减少坝体沉降变形,降低成本,提高工程质量,可按天、周、月等时间维度进行报表统计,产出车辆运输频次、加水量等报告。
This dataset is established by collecting multiple types of data, including the loaded weight of dam material transport trucks, the categories of dam materials, and the real-time sprinkler flow rate of automatic water adding stations. It aims to analyze the required water replenishment volume for dam materials of different types and weights, and realize intelligent perception and analysis of the water replenishment flow rate of each pipeline during the off-vehicle water replenishment process for various dam materials inside transport trucks.
The system identifies the transported material information of vehicles through license plate number recognition, and calculates the quantity of dam materials by combining with the loaded weight. Since the water replenishment rate varies with different dam material properties, the system computes the target water replenishment volume based on the collected quantity and material type of dam materials, following the formula: x = y * t, where x represents the water replenishment volume, t represents the loaded weight, and y represents the water replenishment rate. The automatic water adding station will automatically replenish water for the truck according to the analysis results. The actual water addition volume can be calculated via the sprinkler flow rate, thus achieving intelligent automatic water replenishment for different dam materials once the truck enters the automatic water adding station.
This application can reduce dam settlement and deformation, lower construction costs, and improve engineering quality. Additionally, statistical reporting can be performed across time dimensions such as daily, weekly, and monthly, generating reports covering vehicle transport frequency, actual water added volume, and other relevant metrics.
